Earthbound, we’ve forgotten much of our flight,
But sometimes, in our dreams, we do regress:
We shimmer with the stardust and delight.
To the lovely hum and pulse of stillness.
And though we still rejoice and grieve apart,
I’ll always recognize your face, I trust,
Among all others, beautiful and bright:
Your eyelashes’ ends will glow with stardust.
