As a creative experiment, al markhiya gallery invited a group of artists to each work with the same source material as their canvas – a simple wooden bowl. The artists were asked to contemplate and decorate these vessels, using their imagination and talent. Surprising transformations resulted and made up a collection of one-of-a-kind art objects.
SOURCE provides audiences and collectors with a rare opportunity to view and acquire these unique collector’s items, each designed by a respected locally based artist.
