Yesterday,
A friend gifted me a necklace of jasmines
I breathed it in,
And the world began to shrink.
I cried and my tears turned into strings
And when I opened my mouth to scream,
Strings filled my mouth
Until I became a body of string.
So I sighed:
"May the flower seller find me,
and shape me anew,
Into a jasmine necklace once more..."
