Over time, our emotions shape and reshape our personalities and the way we express ourselves. In this creative workshop, we’ll explore personal transformation by expressing emotional shifts through the gentle, expressive medium of soft pastels.

In this workshop, we rediscover ourselves through an inward journey, expressed with soft pastels. We visually separate “the self in the Past” and “the self in the Present” through the emotions we've experienced and the traces they've left behind.
Guided by psychological insights, participants will reflect on their core emotions. Using colour as a tool for self-reflection, we’ll examine how feelings change, overlap, and leave lasting impressions over time.

This is an invitation to explore your inner world - where memory, emotion, and creativity meet.

What to Expect:

Participants will:

  • Be introduced to core emotions through a psychological lens.
  • Associate each emotion with a representative colour.
  • Reflect on and compare the emotional patterns of the past and present.
  • Create a personal pastel artwork mapping emotional transitions over time.
